The machine runs reasonably quietly, with sound pressure levels of 62dB at low speed, 67dB at medium speed and 69dB at high speed. Furthermore, the AP25AFS now includes an Active Flow Sensor that detects when the filter becomes blocked. When this happens, an alarm sounds and the top row of lights on the control panel starts flashing. Once you have cleaned or replaced the filters, reset the system by holding the on speed button for around 10 seconds, then releasing it.
