1. Eligibility:

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to sell items on Tools4 Africa (Pty) Ltd.
• You must possess legal ownership or authorization to sell the second-hand tools listed on our platform.

2. Listing Requirements:

• All listings must accurately describe the second-hand tools being sold, including their condition, brand, model, and any defects or damages.
• The listed price must be in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• You must provide clear and high-quality images of the tools from multiple angles.

3. Prohibited Items:

• You are prohibited from listing any stolen, counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items for sale on Tools4 Africa (Pty) Ltd.
• Items that pose a safety hazard or are subject to regulatory restrictions are not permitted.

4. Seller Responsibilities:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in your listings.
• You must promptly update listings to reflect any changes in availability, price, or condition of the tools.
• It is your responsibility to respond to inquiries from potential buyers and complete transactions in a timely manner.

5. Transaction Process:

• When a buyer purchases your second-hand tools, you agree to promptly ship the item(s) to the buyer’s designated address or make yourself available for collection.
• You must ensure that the tools are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Tools4 Africa (Pty) Ltd may facilitate payment processing; however, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any disputes or issues arising from payment transactions.

6. Fees and Commissions:

• Tools4 Africa (Pty) Ltd may charge a commission or listing fee for each successful sale made through our platform. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated to you prior to listing your items.
• You agree to pay all fees and commissions owed to Tools4 Africa (Pty) Ltd in a timely manner.

7. Returns and Refunds:

• You must clearly outline your return and refund policy in your listings.
• If a buyer requests a return or refund in accordance with your stated policy, you agree to comply with their request promptly and in good faith.

8. Dispute Resolution:

• In the event of a dispute between you and a buyer, Tools4 Africa (Pty) Ltd may provide dispute resolution services to facilitate a resolution.
• You agree to cooperate in good faith with any dispute resolution efforts initiated by Tools4 Africa (Pty) Ltd.

9. Compliance with Laws:

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale of second-hand tools in South Africa.

10. Termination:
