Anycubic High Speed UV Resin is a photosensitive resin formulated for faster resin 3D printing while maintaining good mechanical properties and high model detail. Designed to print up to three times faster than conventional resin, it helps reduce printing time for compatible applications. Furthermore, the resin offers a low viscosity of 55-65cP at 25°C, while its 45-60MPa tensile strength, 90-93D hardness and 6-9% elongation at break provide the specified mechanical characteristics. The resin cures within a frequency range of 365-405nm and works with LCD-based UV resin printers operating at 405nm. Although specifically designed for Anycubic 3D printers, it can also be used with compatible LCD resin printers from Creality, Wanhao, Elegoo, Phrozen, Geetech, Nova3D and Sparkmaker. Based on the Anycubic Photon Mono M5s, the specified bottom exposure time is 10 seconds and the layer exposure time is 1.7 seconds. After printing, models can be cleaned using high-concentration isopropyl alcohol (IPA), with a concentration of 95% or higher recommended. The 1kg grey resin comes in a strong plastic bottle designed to keep light away from the resin, with protective plastic bubble wrapping inside the packaging.

Storage & Usage Instructions:

• Protect from Light: Keep the resin away from light, particularly sunlight, as UV light can solidify photosensitive resin.
• Storage Temperature: Store at an ambient temperature of 15°C-35°C. Lower temperatures increase the viscosity of the resin.
• Keep Sealed: Keep the resin sealed during storage, as excessive dust or moisture can affect print quality.
• Shake Before Use: Shake the resin thoroughly before use because sediment may settle at the bottom of the container.
• Wear Gloves: Wear gloves to avoid direct skin contact and use the resin in a well-ventilated room.
• Skin Contact: In the event of skin contact, rinse with running water. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention.
• Cleaning Printed Models: Clean printed parts for approximately 30 seconds using high-concentration isopropyl alcohol (IPA). A concentration of 95% or higher is recommended.
• Avoid Contaminating Fresh Resin: Do not pour fresh resin into a vat containing unused resin, as resin remaining in the vat may contain contaminants.
• Long-Term Vat Storage: Do not leave resin in the resin vat unused for extended periods, as contamination may affect printing quality. Instead, transfer clean unused resin into a light-blocking container.
