Axminster Tool and Machine Wax - 400g | 105806.

The Axminster Tool and Machine Wax is specially formulated to reduce friction between timber and machine tables or hand tools, allowing workpieces to move more smoothly across the working surface. As a result, you gain greater control while improving the quality of the machined finish.

This unique anti-friction wax is suitable for use on aluminium alloy and cast iron machine tables. When applied regularly, it also helps protect cast iron surfaces against corrosion, extending the working life of your machinery. Furthermore, the silicone-free formulation will not mark or penetrate the wood, making it suitable for woodworking applications where a clean finish is essential.

In addition to machine tables, the wax can be used to lubricate saw blades, cutting tools, hand saw blades, and the soles of hand planes. Simply apply a small amount to the required surface and buff with a soft cloth to achieve a smooth, low-friction finish.

For safe application, always disconnect machinery before applying the wax.
