Specially formulated for modern high-speed 3D printers, Hyper ABS offers improved fluidity to support printing speeds of up to 300–500mm/s on compatible machines. This allows projects to be completed significantly faster while maintaining strong layer adhesion, dimensional accuracy and a clean surface finish. The anti-warp formulation helps reduce shrinkage and internal stress during cooling, minimising common ABS printing issues such as lifting, splitting and cracking. Its excellent impact resistance and heat resistance make it particularly suitable for functional components, mechanical prototypes and parts intended for demanding applications. With a heat distortion temperature of approximately 80°C, Hyper ABS provides greater temperature resistance than standard PLA. Its lower-emission formulation also helps provide a cleaner printing experience compared with conventional ABS.
