The EPR-X1.1 features a robust, compact housing with a powerful blower, so it ensures maximum life and performance. Users check battery status, fan settings, and filter conditions at a glance via quick-access status LED lights. Additionally, the system delivers audible, visual, and vibratory alerts to notify of low airflow (indicating a needed filter change) or low battery conditions. Operators control the turbo unit easily with push buttons, which offer three selectable airflow speed ranges of 170, 190, or 210 l/min. The HEPA-quality, EN12941 TH-3P certified two-stage filter (P3 filter and pre-filter) and replaceable spark arrestor access conveniently through a removable front door. Consequently, this PAPR supports reliable, user-friendly respiratory protection across industries such as agricultural equipment, automotive, general manufacturing, heavy fabrication, and industrial and general fabrication. It remains fully compatible with ESAB helmets including Sentinel A50, Sentinel A60, Savage A50 LUX, Savage A-40, G-30/40/50, and F-20.
