The ESAB PSF 420W Water-Cooled Torch represents the next generation of PSF torches, completely redesigned to enhance both performance and usability. While it features a modern look and improved functionality, it remains fully compatible with the time-proven heritage PSF front-end wear parts. As a result, you benefit from proven reliability together with upgraded industrial performance.

Designed for demanding industrial applications, the PSF 420W delivers consistent welding output of up to 450 A at 100% duty cycle with both mixed gas and CO₂. Moreover, the water-cooled system helps maintain stable operating temperatures, thereby supporting continuous productivity in challenging environments.

The torch incorporates threaded gas nozzles that secure a firm fit and promote improved heat dispersion. In addition, the durable wear part system features a robust tip adapter and long tips, making it suitable for the toughest applications. CuCrZr contact tips further extend service life, which reduces interruptions and enhances operational efficiency.

For enhanced user comfort, ESAB equips the PSF 420W with an ergonomic, well-balanced handle and soft grip feature. Consequently, welders experience improved handling and reduced fatigue during extended use. The torch operates effectively within a temperature range of -10 to +40 °C and carries CE certification in accordance with IEC 60974-7 standards, ensuring compliance with recognised industry requirements.
