How To Use:

Preparation:

• Ensure the surface is thoroughly sanded, dry, bare, and free from dust.

Application:

1. Shake the tin well before use.
2. If using more than one tin, mix them together to ensure a uniform colour.
3. Apply the dye along the grain of the wood using a foam applicator or brush.
4. Wipe off any excess with a clean, dry cotton cloth before it dries to even out the colour.
5. For larger areas, work in smaller sections to avoid overlap marks.
6. If a darker shade is desired, apply a second coat after 2 hours.

Advice:

• Applying more than two coats may alter the final finish.
• Always test the product on a spare surface or an inconspicuous area to check for colour compatibility and results.
• When applying water-based finishes over the dye, take care to minimize overbrushing to prevent lifting the colour.
