Suitable for both hard and softwoods, this dye is perfect for use on furniture, floors, doors, and other interior surfaces. It can be mixed with other Palette Wood Dyes or Libéron Natural Finish Varnish to create customised shades. With its fast-drying formula, this wood dye provides an easy and professional finish.

How To Use:

Preparation:

• Ensure the surface is thoroughly sanded, clean, dry, and free from dust.

Application:

1. Shake the tin thoroughly before use.
2. If using more than one tin, mix them together to ensure a uniform colour.
3. Apply the dye along the grain using a foam applicator or brush.
4. Wipe off any excess dye immediately with a clean, dry cotton cloth to even out the colour.
5. On large surfaces, work in small sections to prevent overlap marks.
6. Allow the first coat to dry, and apply a second coat after 2 hours if a deeper colour is needed.

Advice:

• More than two coats may affect the final finish.
• Test on a spare surface or inconspicuous area for colour compatibility and the desired effect.
• Be careful not to overbrush when using water-based finishes over the dye to avoid lifting the colour.
• Clean tools with water after use and dispose of residues responsibly.
