How To Use:

Preparation:

• Ensure the surface is thoroughly sanded, dry, bare, and free from dust.

Application:

1. Shake the tin well before use.
2. If using more than one tin, mix them together to ensure a consistent colour.
3. Apply the dye along the wood grain using a foam applicator or brush.
4. Wipe off excess dye with a clean, dry cotton cloth before it dries to even out the colour.
5. For larger surfaces, work in small sections to avoid overlap marks.
6. For a deeper colour, apply a second coat after 2 hours of drying time.

Advice:

• More than two coats may affect the final finish.
• Always test the product on a spare surface or inconspicuous area for colour and compatibility.
• When applying water-based finishes over the dye, avoid overbrushing to prevent lifting the colour.
• Dispose of residues and washing water/solvents responsibly, and clean tools with water after use.
