How To Use:

Preparation:

• Ensure the wood surface is thoroughly sanded, clean, dry, and dust-free.

Application:

1. Shake the container well before use.
2. Mix tins of the dye if using multiple containers to ensure uniform colour.
3. Apply the dye along the grain using a foam applicator or brush.
4. Immediately wipe off any excess dye with a clean, dry cotton cloth to ensure an even finish.
5. Work in small sections to prevent overlap marks, especially on large surfaces like floors.
6. If a deeper colour is desired, apply a second coat after 2 hours of drying time.

Advice:

• Avoid applying more than two coats of dye, as this may affect the final finish.
• Test the product on an inconspicuous area or spare surface for compatibility and desired colour.
• Minimise brush strokes when using water-based finishes over the dye to prevent lifting the colour.
• Clean tools with water after use and dispose of residues responsibly.
