Metabo’s most powerful SDS-plus combination hammer, the KHE 3560 Q, provides fast drilling and efficient chiselling in concrete and masonry. Its 1050 W motor delivers a maximum single-blow energy of 4.2 J and an impact rate of up to 4,350 bpm, with a maximum concrete drilling diameter of 32 mm using hammer drill bits. Three operating functions allow you to switch between hammer drilling, drilling and chiselling, while the Metabo Quick system enables fast changes between the SDS-plus hammer chuck and keyless chuck for different applications. Meanwhile, Vario-Tacho-Constamatic (VTC) Full-wave Electronics with a thumbwheel let you select a speed to suit the material and maintain an almost constant speed under load. You can also reduce the speed and impact energy when starting a drill hole or working in softer materials. Metabo VibraTech (MVT) reduces vibration, while the centre of gravity close to the hand and optimised handle contour support ergonomic handling. For added protection if a drill bit jams, mechanical drive decoupling works together with ultra-fast sensor-controlled shutdown to prevent kickback. Furthermore, restart protection prevents unintentional start-up after a power interruption, and overload protection protects the motor from overheating. An LED work light illuminates the drilling site, while the supplied metaBOX 185 XL provides a transport and storage solution.
