PatchPal Cold Patch Pothole Repair Solution, 20Kg Box | PATCHPAL.

What makes PatchPal™ special?

At first glance, PatchPal™ might look like a simple bag of asphalt mix. But it's not.

What makes PatchPal™ special is how the mix and the bag work together as one system. When you drop it into a pothole, you're placing a ready-to-activate repair unit that reacts under pressure.

As vehicles drive over it, the mix compresses and locks together, while the bag channels and controls that compaction.

The result? A durable, seamless repair that bonds naturally with the road. No tools, no mess, no machinery required.

But what truly makes PatchPal™ special is time. In minutes, you can fix a pothole that would otherwise take hours or days with traditional methods. Time saved means roads open faster, less disruption, and more productivity.

Note: If the road has less traffic, we recommend using your vehicle to speed up compaction.

How to Install.

Four simple steps to a long-lasting pothole repair, proven on South African roads.

1. Clean The Area - Remove loose rubble, rocks, and standing water from the pothole for best results.

2. Fill The Pothole - Place PatchPal™ bag(s) in the pothole, filling 4 to 5 cm above the surface.

3. Use a Vehicle to Drive Over It - In low traffic areas, drive over the patch immediately to speed up compaction. Not necessary in high traffic areas.

4. Done, Long-Lasting Repair - Regular traffic will complete the compaction process naturally over the next few weeks.

That's it! The repair begins working immediately and completes naturally with traffic flow.

Note: If the road has less traffic, we recommend using your vehicle to speed up compaction.

What it Looks Like Over Time.

Watch how PatchPal™ transforms from installation to a fast, seamless repair through natural traffic compaction on South African roads.

Empty Pothole to Day 1 (Fresh installation) - From empty pothole to filled patch, ready for traffic compaction.

Week 2 (Compacting) - Traffic compaction in progress, surface densifying.

Week 3 (Nearly complete) - Almost flush, fully bonded with road surface.

Week 4+ (Flush) - Smooth and seamless finish, netting biodegraded.

Timeline based on testing on South African roads with typical traffic conditions. The exact timeline may vary depending on traffic volume, but the result is always the same: a durable, fast repair that becomes part of the road.

Note: If the road has less traffic, we recommend using your vehicle to speed up compaction.
