This blend of beeswax, carnauba, and paraffin waxes, combined with colouring agents, not only hides imperfections but also enhances the furniture's surface. Ideal for antique restoration and compatible with most finishes, this scratch cover is easy to apply and provides long-lasting results. Regular use ensures consistent protection and maintains a polished, wax-coated surface.
Type: A blend of beeswax, carnauba and paraffin wax with colouring agents dispersed in solvents
Intended Use: Polishes and masks unsightly surface scratches on new and old furniture
Special Features: Available in light, medium, and dark shades; suitable for antique restoration
Preparation: Clean surface with Rustins Surface Cleaner to remove any existing wax polish
Application: Apply to scratches with a soft cloth; leave for several minutes before polishing with a clean soft cloth
Coats: Several applications may be required for deeper scratches
Drying Time: 2 hours
Re-coating Time: 2 hours
Application Temperature: 15–25°C (59–77°F); do not use below 10°C (50°F) or in high humidity
Maintenance: Reapply as required to maintain protection
