The Scratch Cover is compatible with most finishes, offering versatile usage across various wood types and furniture styles.
Type: A blend of beeswax, carnauba and paraffin wax with colouring agents dispersed in solvents
Intended Use: Polishes and masks unsightly surface scratches on both new and old furniture
Special Features: Available in light, medium, and dark shades; ideal for antique restoration
Preparation: Clean the surface with Rustins Surface Cleaner to remove any wax polish
Application: Apply to scratches with a soft cloth and leave for several minutes before rubbing off with a clean soft cloth
Coats: Multiple applications may be necessary for deeper scratches
Drying Time: 2 hours
Re-coating Time: 2 hours
Application Temperature: 15–25°C (59–77°F); avoid using below 10°C (50°F) or in high humidity
