The Tormek ACC-150 Anti-Corrosion Concentrate is specifically designed for use with diamond grinding wheels to prevent rust during water-cooled sharpening. By making the water corrosion inhibitant, it ensures both the longevity of the diamond grinding wheels and added protection for your tools. Conveniently, it can also be used with regular grindstones, reducing waste by allowing you to keep treated water when switching between different grinding wheels. The concentrate comes in bottles with a built-in measuring scale, making it simple to achieve the correct ratio of 10 ml to 250 ml (~4%).

Each pack contains two bottles of 150 ml, ensuring sufficient supply for regular use. To maintain effectiveness, always remove or lower the water tray overnight to prevent the grinding wheel from sitting in treated water for extended periods. The concentrate does not contain antifreeze and is safe for use in all standard Tormek sharpening systems.

• Pour the prepared mixture into the sharpening system’s water tray.
• If saving overnight, always lower or remove the water tray to avoid the wheel soaking unnecessarily.
• Safe to use with both diamond grinding wheels and grindstones.
