The LA-220 Leather Honing Wheel is designed for use with PA-70 Honing Compound, allowing precise deburring and polishing of bevels for superior sharpness and edge retention. It is ideal for routine maintenance, enabling quick touch-ups without establishing a new bevel. This honing wheel fits Tormek T-8, T-7, and older models with a diameter of 215-220 mm (8 1/2–8 5/8”) and width of 30 mm (1 1/8”). Crafted from premium vegetable-tanned cowhide from the Tärnsjö Garveri tannery in Sweden, the leather is both eco-friendly and durable. When new, the wheel should be impregnated with light machine oil to enhance longevity and performance.
