The LA-145 Leather Honing Wheel is designed for use with PA-70 Honing Compound, allowing precise deburring and polishing of bevels for superior sharpness and edge retention. It is ideal for routine maintenance, enabling quick touch-ups without establishing a new bevel. This honing wheel fits Tormek T-4, T-3, and older models with a 145 mm (5 3/4”) diameter and 26 mm (1”) width honing wheel. Crafted from premium vegetable-tanned cowhide from the Tärnsjö Garveri tannery in Sweden, the leather is both eco-friendly and durable. When new, the wheel should be impregnated with light machine oil to enhance longevity and performance.
