The UJK Expanding 20mm Dogs provide a reliable and accurate workholding solution for multifunction workbenches and compatible systems. Designed for use in 20mm dog holes, they enhance stability and precision during routing, cutting, and assembly tasks.
In operation, the expanding mechanism compensates for slight tolerances in the dog hole. As a result, a simple twist of the top section locks the dog firmly in place, creating a zero-tolerance fit. Consequently, the dogs remain completely stable during use, eliminating wobble and ensuring consistent accuracy.
Furthermore, these expanding dogs are CNC machined from 303 stainless steel, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term performance. The included chamfer ring helps position the dog correctly and maintains a 90° alignment to the work surface while also preventing the dog from dropping through the hole during setup.
In addition, they are fully compatible with UJK Multifunction Workbenches and the Festool MFT/3 system, making them a versatile addition to any precision woodworking setup.
