The Wanhao PLA Filament is a high-quality filament designed for open-source 3D printers. This dark blue PLA filament provides superior printing quality combined with cost efficiency, making it an excellent mid-range option. PLA, or Polylactic Acid, is popular in the 3D printing industry due to its low thermal expansion coefficient, which minimizes warping and curling during printing. Although PLA is not as tough as some other plastics, it delivers prints with very high dimensional accuracy, making it ideal for prototyping and scale models. The filament is supplied on a plastic spool, sealed in a plastic bag with desiccant, and packaged in a box. Each spool is marked with the type of filament and the manufacturing batch number, ensuring quality and traceability.
