The Axminster Professional 200mm Dado Blade Set is designed for accurate groove cutting on table saws. This stacking dado set comprises 2 x 24-tooth TCT outer blades, 6 inner chipper blades, and 4 shim spacers. The chippers and spacers fit between the outer blades, allowing you to select the required combination to achieve the desired slot width. The outer blades have a 3.2mm kerf, while the inner chipper blades include 4 x 3.0mm, 1 x 2.2mm, and 1 x 1.5mm. The spacers consist of 2 x 0.4mm and 2 x 0.3mm, providing precise control over the final cut width.

It is important to note that the dado head is intended for machining grooves only using light, multiple cuts and should never be used to cut all the way through timber. Using this set requires a saw bench with a kerf plate or throat plate featuring a wider slot than normal. Additionally, the machine's standard crown guard and riving knife must be removed, and an Overhead Guard is strongly recommended for safety and enhanced dust extraction efficiency.

Before use on any non-Axminster machines, ensure the machine can mount the dado head securely, and that the arbor is long enough to accommodate the dado with sufficient thread remaining for the saw's locking nut.
