The Axminster Workshop Dust Extractor - 230V, 1.5 kW (AW153E) is the most powerful extractor in our Workshop range. Its 1.5 kW motor delivers an airflow of 1,165 m³/hr with a 100 mm hose, making it ideal for handling most workshop machines. The AW153E features a single 125 mm inlet and comes with a twin 100 mm adaptor for connecting to two machines simultaneously. Its large capacity collection bag and twin 100 mm hose inlets ensure efficient dust and chippings collection.

The top cloth bag serves as the filter while the lower plastic bag collects coarse dust and chippings. The plastic bags allow for bulk disposal and are easy to change thanks to the bag hooks. The extractor is mobile, with castors on the base for easy movement around the workshop. For machines producing fine dust, filtration performance can be enhanced with an optional cartridge filter, which has a large surface area and maintains airflow.

To maximize airflow, it is recommended to use a hose with a minimum diameter of 100 mm. Smaller diameter hoses will significantly reduce the airflow. This machine uses waste sacks sized 785 x 1,200 mm.
