A rack and pinion mechanism allows precise adjustment of the top guide blade, supporting a maximum cutting height of 80 mm. Moreover, the balanced cast alloy wheels and direct drive motor provide smooth, quiet operation. Blade tracking and tensioning controls are conveniently placed on the top wheel's welded sub-frame, ensuring easy access during setup and adjustment.

Dust extraction is managed through a single 40 mm outlet, which works efficiently when connected to a suitable vacuum system—crucial for maintaining a clean workspace and optimizing performance. The bandsaw comes equipped with a UK-manufactured 6 mm x 6 TPI general-purpose blade, suitable for a variety of basic applications.
