Axminster Professional Floor Pillar Drill 230V, 750W (AP25FD) | 111892.
The Axminster Professional AP25FD Floor Drill is designed to provide a robust and precise drilling experience while saving valuable bench space in the workshop. Its large polished cast iron table offers a strong, rigid and stable work surface, helping support accurate drilling operations. In addition, the spindle runs in genuine NSK ball bearings, which increases drilling accuracy and minimises vibration. The multi-vee type belts provide maximum grip and low vibration, contributing to smoother and more stable performance. Safety is also central to the AP25FD design: the electrically interlocked chuck guard helps prevent accidental activation, while the integrated belt cover safety switch stops the drill from running when the cover is open. Furthermore, the adjustable LED work lamp improves visibility of the workpiece. The improved depth stop allows easy adjustment for precise drilling depths, while the one-piece cast iron handle with soft rubber grips gives smooth, comfortable control during use. The quality 1mm to 16mm keyless chuck allows quick and easy drill bit changes, and the rack and pinion table adjustment makes it simple to position the workpiece accurately.
