You do not need to register your machine to benefit from the guarantee. Simply retain your proof of purchase or receipt.
Additionally, the guarantee includes free parts and labour for a period of three years, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Guarantee Coverage:
- The product must be purchased for the correct intended purpose in accordance with Axminster classification guidelines.
- The product must be operated correctly and used as intended.
- The product must be maintained and serviced according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Proof of servicing may be required.
- All qualifying repairs include free parts and labour during the guarantee period.

- Issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect.
